National Honor Society is a group of students that have a cumlative GPA of 3.5 or higher. New members are inducted in May and they have to be at least a sophomore. National Honor Society is responsible for raising and lowering the school flag, they help with the annual community food drive at Christmas time, they are cleaning up the Simms park, and each member is responsible for performing some sort of community service throughout the year besides what they do as a group. The meetings take place the 4th Wednesday of every month during 2nd period.
